The Pendleton County Health Department is
located in Franklin, West Virginia. From the stop light, follow
Rt. 220 south and turn left on South Branch Street (first left after
Main Street Texaco.) Follow South Branch to Confederate Road and
turn left. The Health Department is the one story, brick building
located on the right at the bottom of the hill. The main entrance
and parking are located in the front of the building and face Mill
Road.
